Get to know Amy…
Amy Zanders (INHC, CRNC-2, CLC) works with small groups and individuals who want to maximize their individual potential. She uses powerful protocols that help people gain a fresh perspective on life goals, unique abilities, and how to more effectively care for your whole person health by integrating Body, Soul, and Spirit. Get ready for an upgrade!
3-D coaching is so effective because it addresses all 3 dimensions of a person’s being (Body, Soul, and Spirit) instead of focusing on one or the other, and leaving the rest behind to “figure it out” like traditional methods. By aligning all 3 dimensions of your identity, clients report better focus, improved energy levels , and feeling more ready to face goals they had been wanting to “go for”!
The insights Amy offers often bring “aha” moments about how to approach life, so that dynamic change can be achieved. She has a gift for motivation, problem solving skills—from a Biblical perspective—and provides innovative solutions to help people Reach Forward in a way they haven’t been able to achieve on their own.
In group settings, workshops and studies, Amy’s ability to interact and connect with her audience provides an impact which goes beyond good content.
An Idaho native and mother of three, small-business owner and former staff coach for Chrysalis women’s transitional home, Amy draws on her training and real-life experiences in dealing with all sorts of issues that hinder people from fulfilling their true potential. She has discovered that by arranging life around true purpose and identity, stress is reduced and fulfillment increases. Amy is an Integrative Nutrition Health coach, Certified Recovery Nutrition coach, former Mediation practitioner and specializes in Mental health nutrition. Her training with the Splankna institute for Inner Healing, Soul work and Emotional Freedom Techniques rounds out a comprehensive set of tools to help you get from where you “Have-Been to Where you Want to Be!”
She studied under Dr. Caroline Leaf, with the Splankna Institute, and is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Amy continues her education and has a passion to be a life-long learner. She is the author of the “Draw Back and Dig Deep,” and “Making the Most of What You’ve Got Shopper’s guide.”
Her next book, a novelized version of key tools she uses is in the works.
